Tomboy UI/String Change: Use GtkLinkButton for New Note Template

Hello again,

I've modified the "Open New Note Template" button in the preferences
dialog to be a GtkLinkButton instead of a GtkButton.  The text of the
button is now:

"Open New Note Template"

Attached is the full patch and a screenshot of the new button.
