More string changes (sort of) in control-center

Hi,

I just checked in a fix for bug #145346 (Untranslated key names in keybindings capplet) [1].
As a result of this keysym labels in the keybindings capplet are now translatable. These
labels come from GTK+, though, so this is just a heads up and no additional actions from
translators should be required (unless the GTK+ part isn't translated yet, of course).
