gnome-bluetooth documentation with more duck

Hi documentation folks,

I just did a first pass on the gnome-bluetooth documentation I submit to
you few days ago, and convert it (manually of course) into mallard
format, except the Q&A part as there is no equivalent in mallard (more
about this later).

So for now I didn't change the structure of the documentation, I only
wanted to evaluate the changes.

I didn't touch the build system either, I need to look at that too.
