Open bug in epiphany-extensions docs

Hi,
there is an open bug (#581912) in the epiphany-extensions manual. Some
weeks ago Paul Cutler had tried to add Pulse support, but he was
forgotten to insert a valid URI to the <ulink> tag. Perhaps it is easy
to fix...? Otherwise, the manual is malformed and unreadable by yelp.
