GCI Introduction

Hi, I'm Jason. I was told to send an intro email. I am currently
working on porting the Gnome-Sudoku help files to the Mallard format.
Everything is going well, and when I finish, I hope to claim the other
Mallard-Transcription tasks if they are still open.
