On the stability of gsettings schemas

I have been asked about the prospects of stability of the gsettings
schemas as shipped with GNOME 3.0. I don't know if we have put out any
official statement about this somewhere. If we haven't, we probably
should, considering that there have been several schema changes and
late-breaking reorganizations in the 2.91 cycle.
Would this be a suitable topic for the platform overview ?
