Bugzilla is quite good for such TODO tasks. Not sure if the product or
gnome-user-docs is the way to go though I guess the product is more
reasonable as it will probably attract other people to check the docs
for correctness.

There should be a keyword (something like "doc-review") that is used for
these bugs and they should have gnome-docs-maint bugs gnome org (or
whatever the correct alias is) as CC.

It would be very good to provide a wiki page with a predefined bugzilla
query to list all those bugs so people can easily get an overview.
