On Debian I had upgraded yelp but not yelp-xsl. Upgrading the latter 
from 3.38.3 to 40.2 fixed it.



As regards Ubuntu it was an embarrassing oversight on my side. We have a 
custom index.page, and once I had added the "experimental-gnome-tiles" 
style the icons showed up as expected.



But on Ubuntu there is another related problem: We have the additional 
group "Install & remove software", but no related tile image. Is there 
an extended collection of tile-*.svg images somewhere from where I could 
pick something installation related, and if there is, can such an 
additional image be applied somehow?



And finally a question about prefs.page: That page is prepared for the 
new style, but no images are shown — only dark blue fields to the left. 
Is the style of that page 'under construction'?
