[gnome-flashback] Metacity and gnome-themes-standard

Hi Alberts, and all,

gnome-themes-standard recently removed metacity-theme-2.xml file, now
it only ships metacity-theme-3.xml.

Quite controversial, but metacity itself tries to read
metacity-theme-2.xml, and prints this warning:
Window manager warning: Failed to load theme "Adwaita": Failed to find
a valid file for theme Adwaita

I wonder what should we do here:

* Ship that file ourselves as part of Metacity, or
* Make Metacity support the new theme format?
