I think the standard terms ("MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL",
"SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and
"OPTIONAL") defined in RFC 2119 should be adequate for the purpose of
this style guide.
