Menuing system

The shortest distance between two point is a straight line.

If you tear off the Programs, Mutimedia Games & Setting from the main
menu and place them
on the desktop in your area of choice you can see the above theory in
action.

I would like to see this taken to another level by being able to invoke
these menus of choice
and render them to the dekstop just as if you placed them there as a
torn away menu, but without the menu itself. ie: just the text and
associated icon.
