Bugzilla status

Do we have any progress with getting the final field
set for Bugzilla ... its seems we had a bunch of discussion,
then it the discussion just died (right about the the time
that Havoc suggested a summary.) Do we need a volunteer
to go through that thread, and write a summary? How
do we move forward on the issue?
