The Bonobo way has the problem of not being realistic until GNOME 2.0.
In general, I do not like the idea of changing gnome-app, just like
Havoc, but I have not given the issue a lot of thinking.
The KDE approach is to set a "hint" on the window, and let the window
manager, reparent the window to the top.
