Yes. I've seen it. I have nothing against keeping per display sessions. It
doesn't sovle the bigger problem of other private configuration. $GNOME_WORLD
is the sledgehammer fix to the multiple complete desktop problems.
Having gnome-sm use .session-$DISPLAY or similar is not something I oppose.
Just don't do it with a symlink from .session because multiple sessions may
be active at a time in the same directory.
