One problem with this is that searches default to not showing closed
bugs, so if you mark it as REMIND, casual searches of the db won't
turn it up, and so the helpers you're looking for may not ever find
the bug. (And you're likely to get more duplicate reports.)
Maybe just add another keyword (unable-to-fix?), and then if you don't
want to see the bugs you can't deal with, then just bookmark a search
with "Keywords does not contain unable-to-fix".
