At Eazel, as Chris says, we replaced Severity with Time Estimate, a feature
formerly lacking in Bugzilla. We use Priority as a way of specifying how
quickly something needs to be fixed (immediately, definitely in current
milestone, desired for current milestone but OK for next, etc.).
