The Nautilus team doesn't want to discourage bug reporters, and it was
probably excessive to say all the bugs were "useless". Although that
is technically true in some sense (none of them was all three of
coherent, reproducible and a non-duplicate) this user went to a fair
bit of effort to track down the problem.
