GDP hacking project

Folks -

The GNOME Documentation project is looking for a hacker take over
development of gnome-db2html3, the help rendering system.

It requires work with libxml2 and libxslt, including both the C code
and the XSLT to translate DocBook documents into displayable html for
the help browser.

I've written a short summary of the status of the work and (some of)
what needs to be done:
