GConf debate: Sanity please

As an outsider, here's a summary of the discussion that you should all be able
to agree on:

1. There has been lack of communication. That was not meant maliciously.
2. This lack of communication has led to uninformed and alarmed responses.
That was not meant maliciously.

Everybody involved is now aware of 'conf' issues that they didn't know about
before. Please calm down and discuss them civily. You can not afford to offend
each other in this way.

If there really is a large difference of opinion about whether the GNOME APIs
should be all Bonobo or all C or both, then please also discuss that publicly
and calmly.
