TODO system is active again!

Hello Guys!

   Joakim just got the TODO system working again.  The idea here is to
add items with suggestions and ideas that you want to see implemented
in GNOME, and to let the hackers in Gnome Love have a central
repository for finding tasks suitable for them.

   So far only Jody and I have added items there.  If you have posted
a request in the past to the gnome-love mailing list, please fill in
the data in the TODO system so we can keep track of it.
