Seems the 1.8.12 release of last week wasn't well tested, a couple of
bugs have been fixed so this version should be used instead.
Availble in the Gnome stable FTP, ftp://xmlsoft.org/ and in the head
of the gnome-xml branch "LIB_XML_1_BRANCH".
