Nope, I have checked zh_TW.Big5.po (not checked simplified chinese yet),
and found that Pablo didn't strip any 8-bit char.... actually he added
many translation to it (the original translater has not updated it for
a whole year). Only that some entries from translation memory are
incorrect..... if possible, I offer to fix them. Can I?
