Odd behavior

Maybe someone can clue me in here... I was ripping/encoding a cd and I
happened to notice some sluggish performance on the desktop:

Someone care to clue me in to wtf nautilus is doing that can consume 29%
of the CPU? oggenc I expect. Nautilus has no windows open yet I see it
