As soon as we lock in the time and place, we can do a budget.
We need to see how the topics you suggest line up with the
needs/interests of companies on the Advisory Board since they can help
fund the conference or send some of their employees. Their
participation and underwriting will be key.

Once we have more specific plans we can poll the people who registered
for last year's GUADEC.

Tutorials for a fee would be an good way to generate funds.
