intltool

Hi,

Is this backward-compatible with xml-i18n-tools (i.e. should the
intltools RPM conflict with xml-i18n-tools), or will people need to
install the old xml-i18n-tools to build old packages?

If they have to install the old xml-18n-tools, we need to fix
intltool/xml-i18n-tools for parallel install:

 file /usr/bin/xml-i18n-toolize from install of intltool-0.11.0.90-1 conflicts with file from package xml-i18n-tools-0.9-2
 file /usr/share/aclocal/xml-i18n-tools.m4 from install of intltool-0.11.0.90-1 conflicts with file from package xml-i18n-tools-0.9-2

But if older packages work fine with intltool, we can just
obsolete/provide xml-i18n-tools.
