libtool-1.4.1 released

libtool-1.4.1 was released a few days ago, and is available from:

  ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtool/libtool-1.4.1.tar.gz

I have only played with it a little, but it doesn't seem to be adding
duplicate -l flags to the link line, giving shorter link lines, which
should encourage people to upgrade :)
