upcoming gnome-vfs

The upcoming gnome-vfs 1.0.2 will move the headers so parallel dev
environments with GNOME 2.0 will work right. Sadly, parts of
gnome-applets and evolution were not handling gnome-vfs cflags
properly so old versions will not build right. I have already fixed
both problems in cvs. The fix is also compatible with the old version
of gnome-vfs.
I hope at least a new gnome-applets can be released in time for GNOME
1.4.1.
