I have seen a similar problem, but only once, which reported a 
significant CVS checkin to at-spi by someone I wasn't familiar with... 
it turned out to be a mislabelled repeat message from an ancient CVS 
checkin of my own.   So there is some weird behavior that gets triggered 
occasionally...
