GHex Gnome 2 port imported into CVS

the HEAD of ghex module in CVS now contains the Ghex GNOME 2 port by
Shivram U & friends.
I have made a few changes to make it compile against the latest CVS
libbonoboui and re-enabled the notebook tab dragging in bonobo-mdi.
it still crashes occasionally and printing is disabled. I will be fixing
these things in the following days...
interested developers are welcome to test the build...
