February 18 	String FREEZE	- no more localizable string changes w/o
				  approval of release team


This means that from now on, no UI/localisable strings should be added or
changed in gnome 2.0 components. If there is a need to add/change strings,
please follow the same process as for API changes, but please do also cc:
the gnome-i18n list.
