The general catch-all address for bugzilla isues is bugmaster gnome org
which is read by a bunch of half a dozen people. 

I think I can do this: mail me (or bugmaster, in case someone else
is faster than me) with what you want it changed to and from. Well,
I can guess the "from" :)
