don't remove macros! (this is a recording)

Someone ("charles") just nuked macros/ again, and I brought it back.

The macros module is shared across most of GNOME. If you don't want/need
it in your project any more, edit the modules file in CVSROOT so that
it's no longer checked out as part of your module. Don't delete the
files in it, or you delete it for everyone.
