PACKAGES DUE: GNOME 2.0 Desktop Beta 3

So,

Monday (25th March) is the due date for Beta 3 tarballs. Please have your
packages rolled and uploaded, or email the release team with an http link
and md5sum if you don't have the required privileges.

Requirements for the release:

  - please send a changelog for your module

  - please send email to the release team if you are *not* making a new
    release

  - please tag your modules!
