How about filtering on the X-Bugzilla headers? Example:

  Date: Wed, 23 Apr 2003 10:23:12 -0400 (EDT)
  Subject: [Bug 111430] New - bold text doesn't seem to work
  X-Bugzilla-Product: vte
  X-Bugzilla-Component: VteTerminal
  X-Bugzilla-Status: NEW
  X-Bugzilla-Priority: Normal
  X-Bugzilla-Severity: normal
  X-Bugzilla-Target-Milestone: ---

And Nalin's very speedy fix response, in just over an hour... :-)

  Date: Wed, 23 Apr 2003 11:35:19 -0400 (EDT)
  Subject: [Bug 111430] Changed - bold text doesn't seem to work
