version cleanup, a friendly bugmaster reminder

Just a reminder to those of you out there with long lists of version
numbers from very outdated components- I can clean up your version lists
by compressing (say) all your 0.* bugs into an 0.x version number and
deleting the extra version numbers. I just did this for gnumeric, and
can do it for other modules as well. Just let me know in an email what
versions you want compressed into what new versions.
