Could you report the details of what you did in bugzilla? (nautilus-rpm 
product).  The configure script needs a bit of work to better detect 
rpmlib and dependencies.  The above error might be solvable by rerunning 
configure after installing rpm-devel and libelf-devel, as a work around 
(the rpmReadPackageHeader() function was renamed to rpmReadPackageFile() 
in rpm-4.1, so this indicates that the configure script didn't correctly 
detect that you had rpm-4.1 installed).
