A couple of extra points.
* This only affects bugzilla.gnome.org aliases; ie. those generated
using halloween. There is (or used to be) a separate system generated
from MAINTAINERS files; I don't know anything about it and haven't
touched it.
* Apparently people have been getting duplicate bugzilla mails since
this change. This should now be fixed.
