Incorporating UPS monitor to GNOME

Hi, everyone.

I've been suggested that I request addition of UPS monitor to GNOME CVS,
so UPS monitor can benefit from the Translation Team.

UPS monitor is a graphical monitoring application that lets you watch
your UPS status in real time, using Network UPS Tools.

What are the steps to get included into CVS?
