Hi Carlos and welcome!
Take a look at:
http://live.gnome.org/MaintainersCorner
http://live.gnome.org/MaintainersCorner/Releasing
for guidelines for making a release. If you don't have a gnome shell
account and you need to make a release, please, contact someone with a
shell so he can upload the final tarball for you at the server.

Hi,
How can I know who is making the gnome-mag tarballs? I'm a new
maintainer of this module and I'd like to make a new release tarball for
GNOME 2.15.2.
Bill Haneman is the other maintainer, but he is out for a while, and I
don't know where to ask for help in this task. Accordingly to the
Vicentz Untz announcement, I think that here is a good place to post.
Thanks.
