Imminent closure of gnome-hackers

As announced in a previous thread, gnome-hackers will be closed as
discussion should take place in other lists.

I waited a bit before closing this list, but just in case someone missed
all the previous discussion regarding the closure I'll wait a bit more.

I plan to close the list on March 3 2010. Archives will still be
available.
