www.gnome.org/i18n is/should be dead. ;)
The page of the GNOME Translation Project (with the status table) is
located at http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp 
(since ca. the 7th August ;) )

But we plan also to create a section on www.gnome.org (perhaps
/translations) that holds translation information for end-users...
