UMTF ( Unified Message/Translation Format ) is now at R 0.5
and the format should be ready for criticism <grin/>.
The current format specifications can be obtained from
GNOME CVS in the module "message-translation-databases"
or via the attached current R 0.5 of the format.
It's the format gtranslator will _surely_ and KBabel will
use for their message/translation databases and so it should
be quite usable (hehe, no comments on this please ..).
Simply take a look at the attached tar.gz package and the README.UMTF
file and the example.xml file for instance...
Fun, happiness, libxml and crashing gtranslators are on the way ...
