New team for Portuguese [pt_PT] (a proposal)

   Hello!

I'm Duarte Loreto, a 25 (until next week) year old from Portugal. I work as 
a consultant for a multinational. Personally, I've been involved with Linux 
for some years, most of them doing translations.

I started by doing pt_PT for KDevelop. Left it when KDevelop was integrated 
into the main KDE structure (thus passing my work to the Portuguese KDE 
translation team). I then translated some LPD documentation and I've been 
the Portuguese translator for GnuCash since March or April (can't recall 
with precision).

I noticed that there is already a team for the Gnome Portuguese translation. 
But the pt_PT translation is marked as unsupported and no one from the old 
team is working on it. So, I offer myself to start a new pt_PT translation 
team for the Gnome Project.

I would like to know if this could be accepted, so I can know if I can start 
cvs'ing into my machine and working on the po files.
