For projects using the GTP, we expect warnings about new releases and
branches to translators be made also to the gnome-i18n@gnome.org mailing
list. This is one of the main purposes of this list.

I think I can speak for many translators when I say that I have neither
the time nor the desire to be on the -devel mailing list of every single
project I translate (although I am subscribed to a selected few of them).
That's why information to the gnome-i18n@gnome.org mailing list is so
important.
