Acronyms URI and URL are sometimes used in small letters.

I believe that URI and URL, as acronyms, should be in capital letters.
Packages that have it differently are:

	gnome-core (url)
	gnome-appelts (url)
	nautilus (uri/url)
	galeon (url)
	screen (url)
	gnorpm (uri)

I noticed the MIME was also corrected recently.
