You'll also need phplib (phplib.netuse.de)

It can be used at http://lug.ro/gnome/tmanager/
for any language. That's the idea, to manage all translations in one
place.
Select spanish, get a translator account and use it.
Next time you come back spanish will be selected, and your name as login
name,
just enter the password.
