branches for gnome 2.0

Hi!

Just an idea I got:

I have found it a bit confusing with all the branches
for the different translations, and took the initiative to get
the current ones listed, as it is now indicated on the status pages,

I think it might be good if all the packages that wants a stable
branch for the gnome 2.0 release use the same tag, say
gnome-2-0 for this stable branch. If they want other package tags
then they of cause could have other branch tags too.
