A few new optionally translateable strings:



I just marked for additional strings for translation in gtk+.
All of these were somewhat controversial as to whether they
should be translated or not (and probably _shouldn't_ be translated
for many languages), so there shouldn't be any problems if
translators don't get to them before the release.
