Please see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69795. I reported
it two days ago, and Jody fixed it yesterday.
Gnumeric now uses ASCII-only msgid in the Gnome 1.4 branch, and UTF-8
msgid in HEAD (thus, all gnumeric HEAD translations has to be be in
UTF-8 now).
