It'll have to under "unsupported" for the moment. According to
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/status/gnome-2.0-core/, "hi" is
at 11.25%. The rules stated at the page are:
percentage < 50% -> unsupported
50% <= percentage < 75% -> partially supported
percentage >= 75% -> supported

That page unfortunately isn't UTF-8, so could you encode it with unicode
html entities? For example, the japanese entry is "Japanese
(日本語)".
